Here’s the rules:
- You are electing to place relevant advertising on a website that is owned and hosted by our company.
- The website ownership is retained by us at all times.
- You will receive sole rights to advertise on the website you have chosen unless agreed in writing.
- Our offer is made based on page 1 advertising. It is possible however that Google may change their ranking strategies and we may for a time or even permanently lose ranking positions. You agree that this is beyond our control and that this is a risk you are aware of.
- Once you have purchased your advertising banners, they become your property, you may therefore use them to advertising in other places including offline marketing.
- We will set up the contact page to send enquiries direct to an email address of your choice.
- We will allocate an 0843 number to your account and redirect calls directly to your office number at no charge to you
- We do not redirect to mobile numbers or premium rate numbers
- You have the right to cancel anytime.
- Once cancelled your advertising will run with us until the end of the current payment period.
- We have the right to cancel your advertising with us at any time.
- If you cancel, services will cease once the current four week cycle is complete
- If you cancel your graphics will be emailed to you once your final payment cycle has concluded.
